1. 加入适当的水。Add some water.

2. 盖上盖子大火煮至水滚。Make sure the water is boiling before starting to steam the food.

3. 放上带孔的隔层 Use a steamer rack with holes

❌不建议使用无孔的盘子蒸煮包点。(由于无法透气会导致粘盘的情况出现)

Do not use non-perforated plates for steaming dim sum. (Using non-breathable plates may lead to sticking issues.)

4.放入包子/点心, 包子需要解冻后蒸煮。(这样包子的口感会更好,咸蛋流沙包和药材小笼包除外);点心无需解冻可立即蒸煮。(直接蒸煮可以保持最好的形状以及最新鲜的口感哦)

Put in Buns/Dim Sum. Buns should be steamed after defrost. (This enhances the texture, except for Salted Egg Lava Bun and Herbal Xiao Long Bao.) Dim sum can be steamed immediately without defrost. (Steaming directly will maintain the best shape and freshness.)

15分钟 ~ 豆沙包、叉烧包、梅菜包、奶黄包、菜包、莲蓉包、功夫肉包、烧卖、酸甜腐皮卷

20分钟 ~ 手工大肉包、香辣鸡爪、豉汁排骨

25分钟 ~ 糯米鸡

35分钟 ~ 经典糯米鸡

40分钟 ~ 粽子
